Refund policy

Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
International Returns For international orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any customs or duties fees. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
