Refund policy

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

To start a return, contact us at admin@bellavitacommerce.com with your order number and the reason for return, and we will provide instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they have shipped. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
